Building FUND - 'COMMON GROUND'

Praise the Lord, with Thanksgiving! We are grateful to the Lord, and all fellow donors for helping us successfully reach 100% of RM 1 million building fund. As of 15 May 2026, a total of RM 1,004,220 has been accounted for. The current budget for the land and building project is now about THB 7.95 million (RM 1,020,000), while operations & ministry expenses for Y2026 are as follows:

Living Waters Operations Budget: RM280,000 (Raised RM134,516)
Building Project Budget: RM1,000,000* (Raised RM1,004,220)
Outreach/Humanitarian/Ministry: RM92,000 (Raised RM27,000)
Total Funding for Y2026 RM1,372,000 (Raised RM1,165,530)

Phase 2a renovation

Expenses so far:

Balance land cost: THB 2.5 m (RM 320,000)
Phase 2A Renovation (Completion 22 May): THB 0.8 m (RM 102,000)
*Fence, gate & wall (Completion 20 June): THB 0.45 m (RM 58,000)

Remaining budget:

Phase 2B New building (July-Sept) : THB 3.0 m (RM 390,000)
Furnishing & Solar (Ongoing): THB 1.2 m (RM 150,000)

Phase 2B - Staff, Office, Meeting, workroom

We hope to start Phase 2B, to build the staff quarters, office & meeting rooms by July once the land delineation issue is settled and the right building permit. Due to the limited land space & costs, a new proposal for 7 rooms, 3 work room, 1 office, a meeting room & a pantry encompassing about 280 sqm. The final plans are still being worked onWe hope to start in July & complete by October.

Phase 1 - Land Purchase COmpleted

(13/3) The balance monies for phase 1 came in on Monday. Our Board Chairman had an emergency appendicitis operated on Tue midnight, and was discharged yesterday. Yesterday, we received the official board member confirmation, and today due to some misprint, our Secretary of the Board, was in town & able to go to the land office to re-sign the papers. So, at noon today, both land titles are officially in the name of Living Waters Foundation. All in God's perfect timing. Thank You for Your Partnership!

(26 Feb) Finally after 17 years of rental premise, we will step up to purchase a 2,400 sqm land to build a permanent home for Living Waters Foundation, for the patients, caregivers & staff.
